PTFE Filter Bag

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), also known as Teflon, is a high-performance polymer material. It resists acids, alkalis and various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. It is high-temperature resistant and has an extremely low friction coefficient.

Application Scenarios:

Dedusting in harsh working conditions with high-temperature, high-humidity, and highly corrosive flue gas, such as waste incineration, iron and steel, chemical industry, non-ferrous metal smelting, etc.

Product Description

  1. PTFE material features excellent chemical inertness, providing resistance to corrosion by almost all known chemical media.
  2. The long-term operating temperature can exceed 240°C, with a momentary temperature resistance up to 280°C, and it can adapt to alternating hot and cold working conditions.
  3. It has strong surface hydrophobicity, is resistant to hydrolysis, and is not prone to bag clogging in high-humidity or oil-containing flue gas.
  4. The microporous structure formed by the water-jet process enables ultra-low emissions.
