Function
Alstom OPTIPOW 105 valve characteristics:
- The installation size is more compact. Smaller air tank can be selected.
- The injection response is rapid. The pulse pressure is rapidly increased. When the valve is closed, the pressure attenuation is slow so that the filter bag is reduced much softer than the ordinary pulse valves. It thus prolongs the life of the filter bag and the loss of the injection pressure is smaller.
- Specially designed piston structure has no moving parts such as diaphragm assembly and spring, and has lower failure rate than pulse valve with diaphragm structure.
- The release space of the injection air is greater when the opening stroke is large, which is better than the ordinary diaphragm valve under the same blowing conditions.
