The rotary airlock valve is a safety explosion protection unit widely used in industrial facilities such as dust collectors, silos and powder conveying equipment. It features dual core functions of air sealing and ash discharging, which can effectively prevent reverse gas flow and avoid gas interference with materials. Meanwhile, it eliminates potential safety hazards caused by sparks generated by material friction.
The device is equipped with either a standard motor or an explosion-proof motor, driven by chain transmission or coupling transmission. Flange connections are adopted for interfaces, and customized production is available according to user requirements.
It is widely applied in dust-related enterprises including building materials, metallurgy, mining, food factories, flour mills, feed mills, grinding machines, chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, textile mills, paper mills, breweries, iron and steel plants, rubber factories, grain depots and storage vessels.
