.Selection and Storage of Fiberglass Yarn

We choose the raw fiberglass yarn from China top 3 fiberglass manufacturers -China Jushi Co., Ltd. Chongqing Fiberglass and Taiwanglass company. The Selection of 6μm fiberglass yarn from three professional suppliers and storage management team of fiberglass production ensure of accurately management the raw materials, We have bulk storage of the supreme fiberglass yarn to make sure the large capacity of production.

.Warping

The company use warping machine from KARL MAYER, Germany. Karl Meyer’s warping machine tension control is highly accurate. It uses a single-spindle electronic tension controller that keeps the consistent tension of each yarn, which is can’t be reached with other warping machines that use damper tensioners. In addition, the KARL MAYER warping machine is highly efficient and has a high speed, which guarantees the production capacity.

.Weaving

We are equipped with 10 sets of Dornier (Germany) rapier looms and 58 sets of Toyota(Japan) air-jet looms to ensure the stable capacity and quality. We can reach the capacity of 30,000 ㎡ and 2,000 standard filter bags per day with 24 hours’ uninterrupted production. Dornier rapier looms are mainly used for heavy fabric weaving. The unique weft yarn transfer method, which can reach high precision, has good adaptability to the weft yarn and has small damage to the bulked yarn. The wefting force can reach 3.8 tons and can be used to weave fabrics of 400-3000 g/㎡. Toyota jet looms are suitable for weaving light weight fabrics. With high efficiency and good stability, the speed can reach 800-1000 RPM. We use it for producing the fabric of 20-800g/㎡.

. Finish treatment

Special equipment for desizing and PTFE impregnation has been established by our company independently. This specially equipment completes the two processes at one process, so the efficiency and qualified rate can be improved. The temperature of this equipment can reach 500℃, and the overall difference in temperature is 3℃ in the furnace. This equipment guarantees the stability and uniformity of the product.

PIC5:THE CHEMICAL TREATMENT OF CLOTH

.PTFE membrane

PTFE microporous membrane material is used to cover the surface of filter material. The thickness of the film material can reach 15μm, and the proper permeability and filtration precision can be guaranteed. The width can reach 2.2m. The film-covering machine adopts imported high-temperature heating roller. Roller surface temperature error is plus or minus 1℃. And the deformation of roll surface is extremely small under high temperature operation, which ensures the fastness and evenness of PTFE membrane coating.
