Filter bag cage is used to support the filter bag and ensure smooth air flow. It is a key factor determining dust removal efficiency and one of the important components of baghouse filters. Filter bag cages are usually cylindrical or oval-shaped, mainly made of carbon steel or stainless steel wire with a diameter of 4mm, formed by one-time automatic welding, and installed in baghouse filters under various working conditions after high-temperature treatment.
Puhui filter bag cages are custom-produced according to different installation size requirements. Featuring advanced manufacturing techniques, they have advantages such as light weight, firm welding spots, easy installation and maintenance. Currently, circular filter bag cages are the most common in China. The diameters of circular filter bag cages include 110mm, 120mm, 125mm, 130mm, 140mm, 150mm, 160mm, etc., with a standard ring spacing of 200mm.

Working Principle of Filter Bag Cage
The filter bag cage is installed inside the filter bag on the baghouse partition plate and suspended in the dust collector box. When the blowpipe connected to the pulse valve performs blowing and suction into the filter bag, the filter bag cage acts as a support to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, ensures smooth air flow, helps dust adhere to the surface of the filter bag, improves filtration efficiency, and allows dusty gas to be filtered and purified through the filter bag to meet environmental protection requirements.
