Main control functions
This ZMK model pulse controller is equipped with built-in pressure differential sensor to realize Delta P dust cleaning so as to save the energy in the dust collection system.
This series of controller adopt an online dust cleaning control, that is, the filtration velocity inside the box of the bag-house is not zero when the pulse valve starts the blowing and dust cleaning of the filter bags. The control device orderly outputs driving voltage bit by bit, starting from the first pulse valve until the last bit.
(1) Mode of dust cleaning:
Timed dust cleaning — Dust cleaning tempo is controlled by “ interval ” and dwell time of “ cycle interval ” Dust cleaning through differential pressure — The operation of the injection spray and dust cleaning is controlled by measuring the pressure difference between the upper box and the lower box of the baghouse tube sheet.
Timed – differential pressure -based hybrid dust cleaning — The hybrid control dust cleaning is based on time and differential pressure, see parameter description of “ hybrid timing time limit ”
(2) Differential pressure alarm: The alarm will sound when the measured value of the differential pressure is too high or too low with the output of the Y signal (relay contact output)
(3) Remote operations: The model ZMK41PD panel operating box can be equipped for remote operations and monitoring.
Main control parameters
(1) Pulse width: The duration for the control device to drive the electromagnetic pulse valves to start the voltage.
(2) Pulse interval: The interval for the control device to output the drive voltages of two neighboring pulse valves.
(3) Cycle interval: The dwell time of the control device after completing the output of one cycle and before entering next cycle.
(4) Number of pulse valves: Total number of pulse valves in the baghouse.
(5) Excess differential pressure: An alarm will sound when the measured differential pressure is higher than the parameter value of the excess differential pressure.
(6) Upper limit of differential pressure: The operation starts when the measured differential pressure is higher than the parameter value of the upper limit of the differential pressure.
(7) Lower limit of differential pressure: After the output of the last bit pulse valve, when the measured differential pressure is lower than the parameter value for the lower limit of the differential pressure, the operation pauses.
(8) Insufficient value of differential pressure: An alarm will sound when the measured differential pressure is lower than the parameter value of the insufficient value of the differential pressure.
(9) Timing time limit: The dwell time after running stops in the timed–differential pressure-based hybrid dust cleaning mode. When the time keeping of the paused time limit ends, the operations will all be started for one dust cleaning cycle.
