The DMF-Z Series is a range of diaphragm pulse valves suitable for dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse-jet filter cleaning of filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fiber filters. The DMF-Z Series valve has the inlet port at 90° to the outlet port. The DMF-Z Series range comprises 7 models, from ¾″ to 2½″, all with threaded female Gas connections. The ¾″ and 1″ model is in single diaphragm design, while the 1½″, 2″ , 2½″ , 3″ and 4″ are all double diaphragm valves. The special design assures an extremely fast opening time, high flow rates and easy installation. The valves are constructed in die-casting aluminium and have an anodised protection treatment which protect them from corrosive and environmental agents. Bolts and screws are in stainless steel.

Precautions before installation of right-angle pulse valve
▼ Clean the interior of the air tank and pipeline to prevent dirt from blocking the damping or exhaust holes;
▼ Check whether the thread size of the blowpipe matches the thread size of the valve installation port; the thread size should be standard pipe thread.
▼ Ensure that the power supply has been cut off and there is no internal pressure in the gas bag;
▼ Pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet of the right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve before installation;
