Basic Structure & Working Principle
- Structure: The valve adopts a right-angle (90°) flow path design, with a die-cast aluminum body (lightweight and durable) and a rubber diaphragm (NBR standard, VITON optional) that divides the valve into front and rear air chambers. It integrates a solenoid coil (IP65 protection, epoxy resin encapsulated) and a pilot mechanism for fast response.
- Working Principle:
- Closed State: Compressed air enters the rear chamber through an orifice, pressing the diaphragm against the outlet to seal the valve.
- Open State: An electrical signal triggers the solenoid, opening the exhaust hole of the rear chamber. The rear chamber depressurizes instantly, and the diaphragm lifts to release a high-pressure air pulse for filter bag/cartridge cleaning.
- Reset: When the signal ceases, the solenoid resets, the exhaust hole closes, and the rear chamber repressurize to close the valve.
