Acrylic filter bag features outstanding resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic acids and organic acids, and is free from hydrolysis. It is widely used for flue gas dust removal in waste incineration plants, asphalt plants, coal mills, power plants and other places with low temperature, strong chemical corrosion and humid conditions.

Product Description

The Acrylic Filter Bag is manufactured from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) acrylic fibers using a needle-punching process to form a nonwoven felt material. The felt structure provides efficient dust capture while maintaining good airflow and mechanical strength.  Acrylic filter bags are widely used in applications where standard polyester filter bags cannot provide sufficient performance due to high humidity, acidic gases, or moderate temperature conditions.
Various functional treatments can be performed on acrylic needle-punched felts according to different application requirements, such as water repellent, waterproof and oil-proof finishing, PTFE impregnation, coating and film lamination.
