Product Description

The DMF-Z-40S is a 1-1/2 inch (G1-1/2″) diaphragm pulse valve designed with threaded port connection for reverse pulse-jet cleaning systems. It uses an electromagnetic solenoid to rapidly open and close the diaphragm, releasing a high-pressure compressed air pulse into the blowpipe of a dust collector.

Working Principle of DMF-Z-40S

The operation process is:

  1. The dust collector controller sends an electrical pulse signal.
  2. The solenoid coil energizes and opens the pilot valve.
  3. Air pressure in the upper diaphragm chamber is released.
  4. The diaphragm opens quickly.
  5. Compressed air from the air tank is discharged through the valve outlet.
  6. The air shock wave cleans dust from the filter surface.
  7. The solenoid closes and the diaphragm returns to its original position.

This cycle usually lasts only a fraction of a second, allowing continuous dust removal without stopping the filtration process.
